FAQ
Questions people ask us
Straight answers about where RabaFlow is today, what it costs and how we keep your money safe.
Is RabaFlow open for transfers?
Not yet. We are getting ready to launch. Message us on WhatsApp or email and we will tell you when transfers open.
Is RabaFlow licensed?
We are preparing to register RabaFlow with FINTRAC, Canada's financial intelligence agency, as a money services business. Once our registration number is issued we will publish it on this site, and you can check it yourself on FINTRAC's public registry. We will not ask you to trust a number we cannot show you.
Who runs RabaFlow?
RabaFlow is a business based in British Columbia, Canada, founded by Harrison Osmosis, who has worked in naira and USDT exchange in Nigeria since 2016. Read more on our About page.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the amount and the day's exchange rate, so every customer gets a written quote. That quote shows the market rate, our rate and our total cost in dollars before you pay. See how our rates work.
How long does a transfer take?
Your quote will include an expected time. Most delays come from banks, public holidays or identity checks, and we will tell you if anything holds up your transfer.
What do I need to send money?
Government photo ID, your address, the recipient's name and bank details, and the reason for the transfer. Canadian law requires us to verify every customer and keep records. We may ask where the money comes from for larger amounts.
Can I send money from Nigeria to Canada?
That is part of our plan. We want to serve both directions: people in Canada sending home, and people in Nigeria paying for things in Canada, such as school fees or rent.
Do I need crypto or a crypto wallet?
No. Some transfers use USDT, a digital token tied to the US dollar, behind the scenes to move value faster. You pay in one currency and the recipient gets another. If you want to buy or sell USDT itself, we plan to offer that too.
How do I know I am talking to the real RabaFlow?
Our only contact details are the ones on this site: our WhatsApp link, info@rabaflow.com and support@rabaflow.com. We will never ask you to pay a personal account that is not named on your written quote. If in doubt, stop and email us.
What is RabaCash?
RabaCash is a fee credit. People who join the early access list by October 6, 2026 get 20 RabaCash, worth $20 off RabaFlow fees after launch. It has no cash value and expires 90 days after launch. See the offer rules.
Is there an app?
Not yet. For now we work over WhatsApp and email. An app with accounts and live quotes is being built, and early access members will hear about it first.
What if something goes wrong?
Message us on WhatsApp or email support@rabaflow.com. We aim to reply to complaints within 2 business days and resolve them within 15 business days, as set out in our Terms.
