Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of rabaflow.com and the services offered by RabaFlow ("we", "us"), a business based in British Columbia, Canada. By requesting a quote or sending funds to RabaFlow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. What we do

RabaFlow helps customers move value between Canada and Nigeria. Our services may include:

• Transfers from Canadian dollars (CAD) to Nigerian naira (NGN), and the reverse;
• Buying and selling USDT (a US dollar–linked stablecoin) for CAD or NGN;
• Arranging payments for bills, school fees, rent, projects and similar obligations.

Some transfers are settled using USDT as an intermediate step. We will always tell you the route your money takes before you agree to a transaction.

2. Who can use RabaFlow

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You must use RabaFlow only for lawful purposes and only with funds that belong to you or that you are authorized to send.

3. Identity verification

Canadian law requires money services businesses to verify the identity of their customers, keep records, and report certain transactions. Before we complete a transaction, we may ask for government-issued photo ID, proof of address, information about the recipient, and the source and purpose of the funds. We may also ask for more information at any time. If you do not provide it, we may decline or delay your transaction.

4. Quotes and rates

• Every transaction starts with a written quote showing the exchange rate, any fee, and the exact amount the recipient will receive.
• A quote is valid only for the time stated on it. Exchange rates move, so if you send funds after the quote expires, we will give you a new quote before processing.
• Examples on our website are illustrations only and are not offers.

5. Sending funds and payout

• You must send funds only through the payment method and to the account details we give you in writing. RabaFlow will never ask you to pay a personal account that is not confirmed in your quote.
• You are responsible for giving us correct recipient details. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect details you provide.
• We will send you confirmation once the payout is completed.
• Timelines we give are estimates. Delays can happen because of banks, payment networks, blockchain congestion, public holidays, or identity and compliance checks.

6. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel a transaction before we have started the payout. If you cancel after we have received your funds but before payout, we will return the amount we received, less any third-party costs already incurred, to the account it came from. Once a payout has been made, it generally cannot be reversed. If a payout fails, we will contact you and either retry with corrected details or refund you.

7. Transactions we may refuse

We may refuse, hold, or reverse any transaction, and may close our relationship with you, if we reasonably believe it may be unlawful, fraudulent, connected to sanctions, or a breach of these Terms, or if we are required to do so by law. Where the law allows, we will tell you why.

8. Crypto assets

USDT and other crypto assets carry risks, including price changes, network delays, and loss from sending to the wrong wallet address. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. You are responsible for giving us a correct wallet address and network. RabaFlow does not provide investment advice.

9. Our responsibility to you

We will handle every transaction with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any transaction is limited to the amount of that transaction plus any fee you paid us for it. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

10. Early access reward (RabaCash points)

People who join our early access list by 11:59 p.m. Pacific time on October 6, 2026 receive 20 RabaCash points. The offer works like this:

• 1 RabaCash point equals $1 CAD off RabaFlow transfer fees. Points can only reduce fees; they are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn, sold, or transferred.
• Points can be used once RabaFlow launches and your account has been verified, and they expire 90 days after the launch date.
• One reward per person. Duplicate or fake sign-ups do not qualify.
• Points are a promotional reward given free of charge. Nothing is owed until RabaFlow launches, and if the service does not launch, the offer ends without any payment.
• We may change or end this offer, or withhold points where we suspect misuse, as long as the law allows it.

11. Complaints

If something goes wrong, contact us at support@rabaflow.com or on WhatsApp. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and resolve them within 15 business days.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its "last updated" date, applies to new transactions from that date.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
